You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Blossom connects clients with independent beauty professionals. We are a marketplace — professionals are not employees of Blossom. Each booking is a direct agreement between you and the professional.
Payments are processed through Stripe. A service fee is applied to each transaction. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation policies are set by individual professionals. Please review the cancellation policy before booking.
You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, reviews). By uploading, you grant Blossom a license to display it on the platform.
We provide safety features including live tracking, emergency alerts, and trip sharing. These are tools — they do not guarantee safety. Always exercise personal judgment.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unsafe behavior.
Blossom is provided "as is." We are not liable for the quality of services provided by professionals, or for any damages arising from use of the platform.

Browse professionals near you, select a service, pick a date and time, and confirm. It takes about 30 seconds.
Is Blossom free for clients?
Yes! Downloading and browsing is free. You only pay for the services you book.
How do I become a professional on Blossom?
Download the app, select "I'm a Professional" when creating your account, and follow the setup flow.
How does mobile booking work?
Some professionals offer mobile services — they come to your location. You can track them in real time once they're en route.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Go to My Bookings, tap the appointment, and select Cancel or Reschedule. Check the professional's cancellation policy for any fees.
